Infrared features of unquenched Lattice Landau Gauge QCD

چکیده
The running coupling and the Kugo-Ojima parameter of unquenched lattice Landau gauge are simulated and compared with the continuum theory. Although the running coupling measured by the ghost and gluon dressing function is infrared suppressed, the running coupling has the maximum of α0 ∼ 2−2.5 at around q = 0.5GeV irrespective of the fermion actions (Wilson fermions and Kogut-Susskind(KS) fermions). The Kugo-Ojima parameter c which saturated to about 0.8 in quenched simulations becomes consistent with 1 in the MILC configurations produced with the use of the Asqtad action, after averaging the dependence on polarization directions caused by the asymmetry of the lattice. Presence of 1 + c1/q 2 correction factor in the running coupling depends on the lattice size and the sea quark mass. In the large lattice size and small sea quark mass, c1 is confirmed of the order of a few GeV. The MILC configuration of a = 0.09fm suggests also the presence of dimension-4 condensates with a sign opposite to the dimension-2 condensates. The gluon propagator, the ghost propagator and the running coupling are compared with recent pQCD results including an anomalous dimension of fields up to the four-loop level.

Roles of the quark field in the infrared lattice Coulomb gauge and Landau gauge QCD
The effective coupling of QCD is measured by using the gauge configurations produced by the MILC collaboration in which the Kogut Susskind (KS) fermion is incorporated and by using that produced by the QCDOC collaboration in which the domain wall fermion (DWF) is incorporated. We fix the gauge to the Landau gauge and to the Coulomb gauge. The infrared effective coupling in the Coulomb gauge agr...
متن کاملColor Confinement in lattice Landau gauge with unquenched Wilson and KS fermions
The Kugo-Ojima confinement criterion is verified in the unquenched Landau gauge QCD simulation. The valence quark propagator of the Kogut-Susskind fermion with use of the fermion action including the Naik term and the staple contribution is calculated on MILC Asqtad unquenched gauge configurations, and it shows clear evidence of infrared vanishing of the quark propagator.

We summarise results on the infrared behaviour of Landau gauge QCD from the Green’s functions approach and lattice calculations. Approximate, nonperturbative solutions for the ghost, gluon and quark propagators as well as first results for the quark-gluon vertex from a coupled set of Dyson-Schwinger equations are compared to quenched and unquenched lattice results. Almost quantitative agreement...

The infrared properties of lattice Landau gauge QCD of SU(3) are studied by measuring gluon propagator, ghost propagator, QCD running coupling and Kugo-Ojima parameter of β = 6.0, 16, 24, 32 and β = 6.4, 32, 48 lattices. We study Gribov copy problem by parallel tempering (PT) gauge fixing of β = 2.2, 16 SU(2) configurations. Rather unexpected features of the unique gauge(fundamental modular gau...
متن کاملThe Kugo – Ojima confinement criterion and the Infrared Behavior of Landau gauge QCD ∗
Recent investigations of the Dyson–Schwinger equations and Monte– Carlo lattice calculations resulted in a coherent description of the fully dressed gluon, ghost and quark propagators in Landau gauge QCD. In the Dyson–Schwinger approach the infrared behaviour of these propagators is determined analytically. For finite spacelike momenta the gluon, ghost and quark propagators are compared to avai...
